Pear and Smoked Gouda
- 24 ounces premium brand semisweet chocolate, cut in small pieces
- 8slices smoked gouda cheese
- 8slices pears
- Dijon mustard
- 8 Triscuit crackers
Spread Dijon mustard on crackers. Place pear slices on top of crackers. Place cheese on top of pears.
Broil on cookie sheet until cheese is melted.
